I’ve been weighing the decision to purchase a vacuum packer for some time now. I’ve been comparing units, companies, styles, the works. I finally decided to go with VacUpack, and I’m so glad I did! In the six months or so that I’ve owned the unit, I’m SURE it’s paid for itself just in the way it lets me save so much food from going to waste! Nevermind the amount of money I’ve saved in not having to go out for meals since I can prepare such AMAZING meals quickly using our VacUpack! Just seal up a steak (any cut) and toss it in some boiling water, and before you it you have a flavorful, tenderized steak like you should only be able to get from a steakhouse. If you are on the fence, get off of it and buy one of these. It’ll pay for itself before you know it!

We have a Vacupack Elite and love it. Seals everything super tight, even when the bag is wet. Agree Vacupack brand is the way to go.

I am a 20 years old male so I'm not that good in a kitchen. But your advice on retort canning seems quite helpful, thx.
